| NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Eswatini Agricultural Development Enterprise appointed the Joint Venture of Nippon Koei, Nippon Koei Africa and ZMCK to carry out the construction supervision Construction of the Mpakeni Dam and associated works including the Permanent Access Road. The Mpakeni Dam is located in the Ngwavuma River about 10 km upstream of the bridge on the MR 21 road which crosses this river. The coordinates of the dam are approximately Latitude 27° 08’ 09” S; Longitude 31° 35’ 16” E. The catchment area at the dam site covers roughly 828 square kilometres. | ||
