Project Management
Detailed design; Tender documentation and calling for tenders; Evaluation of tenders and recommendation; Project management; Supervision of construction and compliance monitoring; Installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services; Control of project budgets and Implementation of civil and building maintenance management systems.
Engineering Design
Geometric design, pavement design, environmental rehabilitation measures and stormwater management; Design of associated works: street lighting; Tender documentation, tender evaluation and recommendations and Incorporation of components suited to local skills and labour.
Construction Supervision
Monitoring contractual compliance with specifications; Full access to design facilities for design amendments and as-built drawings; Project cost control and reporting and Progress monitoring.

Our Support Services
ZMCK Consulting Engineers in Eswatini has formed an independent company, trading under the name Construction Lab, to meet a real need for testing facilities for the construction industry. The laboratory is fully equipped to carry out the routine testing associated with civil and structural engineering works.
