| NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The project comprises of the Rehabilitation of the existing road which included improvements to the stormwater drainage, road pavement construction, construction of kerbs and sidewalks, general landscaping as well as the location and installation of sleeves for services. Roadworks comprised of cut to spoil of the existing underlying material and replacing it with 150mm selected gravel layer, 200mm cement stabilized sub-base layer, 150mm crushed stone base and 30mm continuously graded asphalt surfacing. Other works services provided included contract supervision and project management. | |||
