| NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT | ||||||||||||
| The work to be carried out under this contract comprises the rehabilitation of approximately 300m of road with 2 lane carriageway in bound and one lane carriageway outbound. The work will comprise removal of existing asphalt surfacing, cut to spoil of approximately 2500m³ of existing material and replacing it with selected material the construction of a layer of cement stabilised sub-base as well as a layer of crushed stone base, asphalt surfacing and road marking. Variation Order No.2 V.O No.2 is the rehabilitation of the 230m two lane carriageway inbound including 2.5m wide on-street parking, between Gwamile/Dabede intersection and Gwamile/Mdada Intersection | ||||||||||||
