| NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT | |||
| The existing single Armco culvert is upgraded to four channels of 4 x 3,6m portal culvert pipes. The approach roads were overtopped during flood rains. The rehabilitation consisted of replacing the Armco culvert and widening the width of the crossing to a two-way traffic including a walkway. Additional erosion protection measures will be done using gabion cages and mattresses, wingwalls and headwalls on both upstream and downstream of the crossing. | |||
